Mr. Ulicny has a transactional practice focused on estate planning and drafting, estate and trust administration and transactional tax matters.  He is an Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall University Law School where he teaches Estate Planning and Drafting to second- and third-year law students.  Mr. Ulicny is the Managing Director of a private family foundation and he has extensive experience with the creation, administration and compliance issues for private foundations, public charities and non-profit organizations.  A native of Pottersville and an avid fly fisherman and outdoorsman, he is the Stream Manager for and immediate past President of Black River Fish & Game Club, Inc.
