Biographical Information:

Peter Ulicny maintains a transactional practice focused principally on estate planning, estate and trust administration and related tax matters.  Peter is an Adjunct Faculty Member at Seton Hall Law School where he teaches Estate Planning and Drafting.  Peter taught an adult school course in Estate Planning for many years at the Summit-Area Community School until its doors closed in 2010.  Peter is a frequent advisor to and member of the board of several non-profit corporations, private foundations, and public charities.
