Peter
Ulicny has a transactional practice that focuses principally on estate
planning, estate and trust administration and related tax matters. Peter is an Adjunct Faculty Member at Seton Hall Law School where he teaches a course in Estate Planning and Drafting to second and third year law students. Peter taught an adult school course in Estate Planning for many years at the Summit Area Community School until the school closed its doors in 2010. Peter is actively involved as trustee and is a frequent advisor to the boards of non-profit corporations, private family foundations, and public charities. | |
